Spanish diplomat found stabbed to death at home in Khartoum - police

KHARTOUM (Reuters) - A Spanish diplomat was found stabbed to death in his home in Sudan's capital Khartoum on Monday, Sudanese police said. The 61-year-old official headed the Spanish embassy's visa section and had worked in the country for three years, a police statement said. German captives plead to be set free in southern Philippines

Samiun Rahman, a resident of London, arrived in Bangladesh in February to recruit for both IS and the al Qaeda-linked Nusra Front, Monirul Islam, joint commissioner of the Detective and Criminal Intelligence Division (DCID) said.
