Ousted Egyptian president Mohamed Mursi stands behind bars during his trial at a court in CairoBy Lin Noueihed CAIRO (Reuters) - Egypt charged ousted president Mohamed Mursi and several other people on Saturday with endangering national security by leaking state secrets and sensitive documents to Qatar, dealing a further blow to his outlawed Muslim Brotherhood. Relations between Qatar, a Gulf Arab state, and Egypt have been icy since July 2013, when then-Egyptian army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi toppled Mursi after mass unrest against his rule. Qatar had supported Mursi, who is already in jail along with thousands of Brotherhood members, many of whom have been sentenced to death on separate charges.

Nearly dozen injured after bus crashes into California home
8:48:36 AM
Nearly a dozen people were injured when a bus crashed into a San Francisco Bay Area home on Friday after being hit by a stolen car, police said. Eight passengers, as well as three residents inside the home, were hurt in the crash around 5:35 p.m. local time in Richmond and were taken to a hospital, Richmond Police Department Lieutenant Andre Hill said. A police officer driving behind a Honda station wagon determined that it had been stolen when the driver darted off recklessly, Hill said. Footage from local television news stations showed the front end of the bus lodged into the side of the peach-colored home some 17 miles (27.4 kilometers) northeast of San Francisco, next to a tattered chain-link fence.
