India allows sick Italian marine home for treatment | | NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The Supreme Court on Friday granted permission for an ailing Italian marine facing murder charges to return home for four months for medical treatment. Massimiliano Lattore, who suffered a stroke in August, is one of two Italian marines being held over the 2012 shooting of two fishermen mistakenly believed to be pirates in a case that has soured ties between New Delhi and Rome. Singapore police probe death of Nicole Kidman's father | | SINGAPORE (Reuters) - The father of Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman has died in Singapore and police said on Friday they were investigating his "unnatural death". Tony Kidman, a clinic psychologist at the University of Technology, Sydney, was visiting the movie star's sister, Antonia, who lives in Singapore, media said. Police said they were informed that a man in his 80s had died in hospital. "Police are investigating the unnatural death," a spokesman said.
