The court in the Algerian city of Bejaia said 29-year-old Zahir Mehdaoui, a resident of Brussels, had been charged with belonging to a terrorist group active overseas. | Wife of accused Uber driver shooter in Michigan files for divorce | |  The wife of the Uber driver charged with murdering six people as he drove through Kalamazoo, Michigan, last week has filed for divorce, her attorney said on Saturday. Carole Dalton filed for divorce in Kalamazoo County Family Court on Thursday, and the next day the court papers were served to her husband, Jason Dalton, in jail, said her attorney, Paul Vlachos. Jason Dalton, 45, was "acting different" in the days leading up to the Feb. 20 shooting spree, Vlachos said on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Thursday, but there was nothing to indicate he would carry out such a violent attack.

President Rouhani's reformist allies made gains in the races for parliament and the assembly, both in the hands of anti-Western hardliners for years.

A loosening of control by the anti-Western hardliners who currently dominate the 290-seat parliament could strengthen his hand to open Iran further to foreign trade and investment following last year's breakthrough nuclear deal. "The people showed their power once again and gave more credibility and strength to their elected government," Rouhani said, adding he would work with anyone who won election to build a future for the industrialised, oil-exporting country.

"He is acting and speaking out against immigrants that have a different skin color than he does, it is frankly racist and [he is] exploiting feelings like Hitler did in his time," Calderon said. Trump has accused Mexico of sending rapists and drug runners across the U.S. border and has said he will make Mexicans pay for a wall on the border.
